i have a 99 td5, my problem is,as i am driving after about 10 mins the alarm on the dash sounds and 3 lights come on, abs, tc, and a lr going down hill. the lights stay on untill i turn the engine off, then they dont come back on untill i have been driving about 10 to 15 minutes again. can anybody tell me whats wrong and most of all what is it going to cost me?

search "3 amigos" and u'll get tones of info.... but if u want to know for sure plug in a tester and come back with the fault codes... then u'll get the final answer
Loads on here and elsewhere about the 3 amigos.... could be a variety of things and the only way to find out for sure is to get a diagnosis.
I had them about November time - turned out to be an ABS sensor was fubar - £15 after market replacement off ebay and 20 minutes labour... jobs a good'un.
By the way, they're perfectly safe to drive whilst the lights are on - but it might be an idea to find somewhere quiet and see if your ABS is working - mine continued to but others have had it disabled when the 3 Amigo's appear.
