they are really bright and fit in the bulb holders no problem. the others discool mentioned look much brighter still!
They look like the ones I fitted they are nice and bright, those other ones look like you might have to apply factor 10 before you switch them on.
I forgot to mention to take care when fitting may be only my old buss but when I pressed them in they were a bit tight and it shorted the holder and blew the fuse, no big problem just changed the fuse, but it may be an idea to take it out before fitting.

yeah, fitting them with the doors closed should prevent this as there is no power?

also if they don't work when you put them in just take them out any put them in the other way. led's need the correct polarity but the bulbs do not tell you whats what, well the ones I got didn't so it was a case of trial and error.

I may be wrong but I think the live is connected to the holder direct and the door switch is in the negative, i.e. it just grounds the holder when you open the door, so closing the doors still leaves the bulb holder live.
Its no big deal just had a bout of effing and blinding as I searched the garage for a new fuse which I then blew fitting the rear one.

Had interior LEDs for a few years now, plus map lamp, glove box, door edge and puddle lamps, side lights and recently DRL at the front.

With the exception of headlights, fog and spotlights because of the problems with intensity and focus points and the indicators because of the flash timing difficulties, all other lights on mine have been LED for the last two years or so.

There are equivelant LED versions for almost all types and styles of vehicle bulbs, that includes stop/tail, sidelights, festoons.

The only problems I came across when I did the change-over were polarity in some cases and a small problem with the high level stop lamp, which was sorted with the addition of a couple of "current steering" diodes.

One tip worth noting especially in the case of coloured lenses, choose the replacement LED to match the colour of the lens.

The reversing lights I replaced with cree LED types, the ordinary LEDs weren't bright enough. There is some interference on the radio when I'm reversing but I can live with that.
