can anyone help. the wife's 200tdi lean's to the offside .
have changed all four shockers + springs but this had made no differance
there is about 15mm differance. all tryes +wheels same size???
wife not happy

nowt to do with that, all discos lean to the offside, its a known fact. its in the chassis. the only way to straighten em is to put different size springs on. i have always put it down to the fact that they spend the first 5-6 years of their lives bouncing up and down the kepb outside the school ;)

They all lean to a point (tollerance is about 30mm) the springs should be colour coded and the correct ones should be fitted, another way around it is to get some packing pieces machined to fit between the spring and the seat.

Know someone with a lathe??

Heres the dimensions, just have them made to the required thickness.

by using spacers you are obviously going to have to go for the hichest sitting corner. the easiest was to work out your depths is to get your disco on a level surface and measure from the ground to the bottom of thw wheel arch.then when you have worked out the highest corner you can work out how thick your spacers need to be to level it up. ;)

ere shedster, welcome back old friend ;)
