Leaking Landy question ...

Okay, please bear in mind that I am a female and have absolutely no idea about the mechanics. My gorgeous little 89 F reg 110 v8 is apparently leaking from the transfer box and rear diff. Are any of these particularly serious or expensive to put right? I know a landy that does not have any leaks at all is rare but these seem to be a bit more than a drop. :doh:Any advice would be good. Thanks.
