I'd like to say a big thanks to all those that came out or offered to come out and help and to MHM for co-ordinating the rescue from his top secret mobile control room. Summit tells me that jonnypaj might want to aswell.

We used a tree as a pivot point as without it the vehicle slides sideways when winching.
His wifes birthday treat- stuck in **** arse nowhere they shouldn't of been.
Valuable lesson is don't go out alone and make sure your on a BOAT or have permission to be there.
Had it not been for LZ International Rescue -up **** creek without a paddle.
I'm sure his wife won't let him forget this for a very long time!

Last rescue I go on. Ratty fooked orf as soon as I turned up
DJ Xan Waited until I'd done all the hard work before turning up, to take afew piccies & fooked orf wiv me mountain bike in the back of his traccta
& Fanatic turned up to see if there was owt worth nicking. & to drink me beer in the pub
Oh and Robin made me carry the tirfor and the cable 3/4 of a mile up a muddy track while he struggled along with my camera and the tirfor handle. Un he only had the handle to use as a walking pole..

That aint true ya lieing bastid. I waited for you to get busy with yer tirfor and then I went and robbed all that lead out the back of yer slitty van.
Oh and he said he didn't like land rovers- the man who owns a Mitsubishi ****er model.
Lets hope he is the tea boy-I couldn't help take the ****, but as far as I'm aware no serious damage and nobody hurt

I wouldn't like to get that much speed up with robin sat to one side in my vehicle. That takes pure courage or should that be stupidity?
I don't know, but there was a wheel chair in the boot- if one of the passengers was disabled it would have been exciting extracting them to ratty or djzans landy.
