I'v just commited and PM'd Yella, Can't wait!!! I'll just need to pull my transfer box appart first and get rid of some niggling play in the front flange which seems to be comming from that inner bearing or the splines on the diff???? Don't you just luv em!

The lovely thing about off-roading is that you don't have to if you don't want to, it isn't compulsory. Personally, after having spent in the region of £7000 modifying a £900 Disco, I'd feel bad about NOT ragging its arse off. If you want to make use of the passenger seat, your most welcome to.

I might even let you drive if you love me long time!!

could you summarise everything in this post for me please? when i 1st looked at it, it seems pricey for a weekend and i didnt like the look of B&B costs. but a weeks camping with offroad in the sun, £500? im now very interested.

so, dates? place? is it £500 all in? who is coming? might have to use 5days of my holiday

so far we have provisionally booked the first week in july, we have green lanning and use of a well laid out off road centre, some 40ish acres, with more in the pipe line.
the cost will include ferry fares but not cabins, bbq on the first night and bbq with live music on the last. there will also be various compertitions and a prize giving on the last night.
i'm also looking at other activities to take place at or near the 4x4 center. which is in northern france

numbers so far are around 18 confirmmed and a few maybes.
