Are we taking bets on how many times Paul loses the socket/ratchet or burns himself? Haha
 
is this the engine in your 90 that you want to fit 200TDI parts to ,as the rear fly wheel housing is different and has large gasket between it and block as well as front assembly ,have you thought about oil feed for head ,head bolts and piston will need measuring to check they have 1-2 thou diametrical clearance at bottom of skirt,all pistons and blocks vary in size even when new and every thing been standard ,i presume you will gap rings as well,if you need i can give you data

forgot to mention on 2.5 red block there is small metal plug blocking oil way drivers side front 200s use thi as head oil feed

Sorry ya missed it lrjack, but was having trouble with feed tonight, going to stick a permanent cable in tomorrow so hopefully it'll eliminate further issues
