doing bumper now, all running well

back from dinner now, carrying on with the bumper

bloody arc welders.. pain in the arse to get started eh!

first side welded, not set meself alight yet :lol:

Bumper done, nice n simple, removed the ends past the point of the chassis, left a flap at the front, folded that round, drilled some 52mm holes, welded it all together and then passed a large bar through and spot welded it till tomorrow when i get some more rods and fully weld the bar on, pics here:
