Hi, can anyone give me any info on landrover insurance. I have a 110 but i`m considering buying a 2nd landy so is there any 4x4 insurance companies that insure more than 1 landrover, i`ve looked at Admiral ans they want £519 for the 2 , Bloody Outrageous!!!!.
So if any one has ideas then please drop me a line.
Thanks

part time motor trader is a bargain as many vehicles as you want £10k my own and 20k customers indemnity

May not suit all, but
I have told them I run an electrical business and do car repairs.
my excess is £250 fully comp with third party if customer tests sales vehicle.
No windscreen cover
At the moment have 5 vehicles on it and its £600 a year with no limit on vehicles
Can add and remove vehicles from Insurance register on internet
few bits I do more than cover it and I don't risk being uninsured driving someone elses car/van etc

Well I pay £110 a yr with Adrian flux insurance ( im 34 ) , been with them a few yrs now and never ad any probs with then :) .

I'd agree that if you only have a couple it's cheaper to use a land rover specialist.
For me mine changes weekly and would cost a fortune:mad:
otherwise

Where do you live and what do you do? It makes a big difference.
If you were a motoring journalist living in London then you'd be lucky to get insurance at all.

My insurance is 1900 pounds 3rd party its absolutely awesome and tesco gave me a 50 pound voucher to spend WoooHoooo

Landrover insurance at 18 aint cheap the 50 pounds is to buy headache tablets and a few bottles of absynth to take the pain away

I am 19, I passed my test at 17, Always wanteda LandRover, and had a Fiesta from my 17th Birthday, to my 18th, where I switched to my 88.

The fiesta was £1,700 3rd party, and the second I changed up to a Land Rover, it dropped by £1,000!, then dropped again on my 19th! Im paying about £760 now.

Yeah i put in my exact same details with tesco but 1 year no claims and fully comp was 800 take away a bit more for the loyalty policy it should be a goodun. I had my land rover for sale on ebay but someone pulled out the day before purchase so i have decided i am keeping it using a punto for work runs and the landrover for weekend shenanigans. Cant wait for that insurance quote ...

My son is 20, he pays £3100.00 fully comp on his 56 plate VW Passat.
He is desperate to get a landy like mine but the quotes are not much cheaper than this!!

must be crazy, buy cheap small car and build up no claims or give your cash away

I am 19 years old, 3rd party, 3 years no claims (they threw in a few years bonus for good measure), I am the main driver and my dad is a secondary driver (Which was free), insuring a 2.25 Vehicle, its £760! When I was 18 and had two years no claims, it was £775 first time. My insurance company have also counted the 8 months as a learner in the NCB.

I am with the NFU, and no, I am not a farmer, I live on a farm, but do not come from a farming background.

NFU rock! I am 32, only have 1 years no claims in this country cos they don`t recognise the 14 years of no claims or accidents I have from South Africa. Adrian Flux quoted £950 odd fully comp with business use and 4x4 cover. NFU did the same cover for £750 with breakdown and recovery thingys. NFU as I said are the proverbial...

I thought I was hard done by having to pay £145 - then again, I'm 40 and have a clean license (first time since I was 17).

Always thought young drivers were exploited - but some of the prices quoted here just take the p**s!
