Hey lads, I'm trying to fly the flag for us Defender folk out in mainstreamsville by developing a web page about it here:

I've just finished the bare bones of it but really the crux of it will be coming form the real fun that can be had from owning one, the ownership advantages and so on.

I'm rushed off my feet at the moment but will be putting a link in back to this cool forum thanking all you gurus for your input. I promise.

As time goes by I'll add updates that have taken place and post them here for you all to laugh at :D

Lads, if I've fcked up or got my info wrong on that link please let me know. I don't trust wiki and it's always good to get some intel from the coalface as it were :)

Also of interest I've added 3 sections on the military variants of the Defender. Might be interesting to you military gurus :)

you might not be surprised to know i totally disagree with that comment,
unfortunately the quantity of adverts on your page is just going to detract from the content and put people off

but good luck anyway
 
however them creative arty farty types will tell you how effective the use of white space can be
 
Adverts are what moves this big lummox o' an internet go around. There's only two major adverts folks. The rest fade into the background!

Our passion and hunger for the landrover info will overcome any of those adverts! :D
 
I am sorry. I have not looked at your site i notice that in your lz sig you have three links - two of which have nothing to do with landrovers . Now call me cynical, but a guy that produces three separate sites, but with subject matter of wide interedt, full of adverts and incorrect facts, strikes me as.....
1) someone who has no knowledge or interest in the subject matter.
2) more interest in the advertising revenue.
3) looking for mugs to supply data to encourage others to look.
4) just spamming different fora, so we keep looking at his site and bump up the hit rate.

Now, I may be wrong, but I just think this guy is just another spammer and should be disposed of ASAP.
