Land Rover series 2

Hi,

Long time reader but first time poster.
I have a land rover series 2 1960 88". Its poppy red and has a full soft top.

I have owned it for nearly a year. MOT has expired and need welding before it will pass again.

Welcome. Much welding? Poppy red sounds different to std bronze green.

Rust that I can find. Two hand size holes in foot wells, one of the door pillar feet and rear cross member around the tow hook.

At first I thought someone had painted it red. But after checking behind some of the panels and dash its an original colour.
