Put pictures up, as the Freelander 2 doesn't have a coded radio, it doesn't need it. However it could well need configuration to the vehicle, as the radio isn't where buttons are, at least not all of it, it's integrated into the vehicle, spread across a few different modules.

Gone are the days of switching radios from vehicle to vehicle. :(

It's like this radio on the picture

The Lokal land Rover dealer in Denmark, sad we should use a kode.

I read that the radio is protected, whit the vin number from the car.

The new radio is showing.
"Wrong vin number"
And shuts down after about 1 minutes

That is the low line stereo, so there's no user code to enter.

The car needs to go on the LR diagnostic computer (called SDD), so the replacement stereo can be configured to operate with the vehicle. If it's not configured to the vehicle's VIN, the stereo won't work.
