I have a 1983 110 2.5 non turbo diesel. The cooling system has frozen and popped one of the core plugs out of the block. I have refit it. after putting about 15lts of water in the cooling system I was wondering where the water was going , then it started smoking and running rough. It wont start now as it is hydraulicing. Is it likely that the block will be cracked? when filling the cooling system there didn't appear to be any restriction. The water just disappeared as fast as I could put it in. I would appreciate any advise.
