They are indeed,
But , I will at some point have this car in a field/paddock and don't wish any slippy slidy antics with road tyres and damage to the rims and the rides less bumpy yadda yadda soooo its either 19" or 20" at least you can get chunky tyres for those wheel sizes

Cheers

Studs are the same on P38 & L322 but the L322 has larger hubs, so L322 wheels have a larger center bore. Fitting L322 wheels to P38 needs fitment of spacer rings. (ebay tyre or wheel shops etc). The nuts on these two models are also different sizes. Use L322 nuts with wheels for that model. (the threads are the same but not the outside diameter of the nuts). Fitting P38 wheels to a L322 needs a large shoe-horn and heavy sledge hammer. -Don`t do it.

Hi,

First time poster, so please be patient ;)

When you say spacer rings are required are you referring to spigot rings?

Thanks

Chris

Almost related to the OP but I'm sure I read somewhere that the L322 diesels weren't suitable with wheels bigger than the standard 16" ones. Now I know the later models do have bigger wheels so I'm just wondering, am I mistaken (probably) or is there something which would mean you shouldn't use bigger wheels with this engine?
:)

Have you still got the overfinch alloys for sale?
I have a set of 19" alloys off a L322 with basically new chunky tyres on them that i hate, i prefer the 22"

Ps this is my first time using this site so sorry if i make any mistakes

Cheers
