Hi there, I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this same strange problem. Just recently our 2006 td6 range rover has developed a power loss when coming off a roundabout on left hand lock. It doesn't cut out completely just reduced power like the traction control is on. It usually clears itself after about ten seconds. But there are no warning lights or anything. What I have noticed though is a little more noise from the turbo wastegate. It has been into the dealer for new hub bushes and he said it could be due to uneven tyre wear causing the stabilty control to cut in. But I have had 4 new Dunlop gyres fitted and the problem is still there. Please help!

Does it feel like it is reducing the power or lack of fuel?

If lack of fuel-look at fuel tank.
On petrol cars I've had swirl pot problems.

I would have though dealer could drive it with diagnostic connected and look at live engine data

Hi, I have a similar vehicle but never experienced this fault. Is the battery secure? could it be moving around and straining the connectors, also have the driveshafts/diff been changed on recall. If the driveshaft splines have gone the shaft will spin in the hub and the traction control will cut in, though it would make a terrible noise.
