Yes it comes with maps and after using Tom Tom, the satnav on this unit is a lot better. It has never let me down.

The unit itself is also very good quality, and it looks very similar to the range rover units so it doesn't look out of place.

Thanks for the feed back, found a company in Ireland that imports then going to go have a look at one durning the week and have a chat with them about them.

Make sure you get the ones that are made to fit the same hole in the range rover.

as the one i bought that i posted the link to is specifically made for the L322 so you dont need to fashion up any ugly filler panels. lol

i`m also planing a dynavin head-unit install in my 02 l322 -the apparently will suit best is N6-e39a which also goes in BMW 5 series ---yesterday i went to ICM car audio installers in leyton (london) the guy there had a look at my car and said i need 2 amplifiers(£100 each) fitted beside the dynavin unit plus i will need to cut the wires in the boot ,identify which speaker each wire goes to and link them one by one off-course using said amplifiers ----looking at the cost at that i decided in my mind to buy the unit from them and research every step in doing the install myself as his explaining about what needs to be done with wires etc was quite long winded ....but surprise no more units for me in the shop he said ! they got them listed on e-bay all the time but couldn't`t sell me one on the spot .....
not pleased to sell me the stuff unless i drop the car there for a day`s install ---£785 for parts plus £ 350 for install ----no way
now looking to buy unit separate and learn about wiring ,does anyone knows how to connect this unit step by step ?i can easily fit in the dash but wiring is the hard bit .....

02 reg View attachment 104235 t got the sat-nav ,only CD-changer in the glove-box n6 -e39 a is the dynavin latest unit for range rover with sat-nav and all the quismos .....

As far as I know, they are plug and play. You shouldn't have to mess with the wires in the boot. I had one of the Dynavin units on my old e39 530, it was when they first came out and the only downside to it was that I had to purchase a navigation app for the sat nav. Not good after having just paid nearly £700 for the head unit. I am sure they have newer models now and they probably include the navigation with the head unit.

Looks good. What unit is it? From ebay? Do all the speakers work and does it come with the navigation app installed? Sorry for all the questions, but i am contemplating if i should get one or invest in getting the blue tooth and DTv sorted in mine.

The Dynavin will ONLY work on those L322's that DON'T have twin subs!! If you have twin subs you are wasting your time.

Is there an easy way to find out if mine has the twin subs? Do only the RRs with the HK system have them? Mine has standard speakers by the way.
