just put my 110 in the for sales its been on ebay for 6 days and no one bid on it can anyone see anything wrong is it priced to high any comments please.

slitty engine, no details of engine change (when was it done? by who? how many miles?) & tooooooo expensive.

Wow .... if thats worth 4100 then I'm selling mine.

sorry. engine fitted approx 1998, i bought the car in 2000 and its done about 50k since the engines abeast and never let me down and reason why i am asking about price is comparing it against other defenders in lesser condition.(and wot do ya mean slitty engine)

OK, I guessed the wrong Landy when I replied to your other thread, but my comment re: high starting point still applies- often better with a lower start and a reserve.

Looks very tidy, but pennies more in line with an early '90's TDi

Slitty comment refers to japenese engine by the way

I don't care about the engine etc :doh: I was pointing out that prospective purchasers reading the ebay ad might have wanted to know that sort of info.

it's the chrome putting people off
