Yay I haven't seen this posted in a while :D

Allow me:

i wouldn't go for anything more than nine feet seven inches wide as they tend to get a bit senile and forget important stuff. and make sure you get a black one, they have a better personality. it should be mostly round and a little bit flatter on the bottom, but not too flat, just a little bit. you can pay me to look at it and tell you if it has the correct amount of flatness if you want (results not guaranteed).

just in case this didnt answer your question, they say a picture equals a thousand words, so heres a picture of a petunia

glad I could help.

Is this a trick question?

i was wondering what is the biggest tyre i can go for on a standard discovery before i need to start lifting things

If the problem is that you don't enjoy lifting things, which is understandable - tyres can be heavy- then may I suggest paying someone to do the heavy lifting for you?

I lifted something once and did not enjoy it at all. These days I tend to just leave things on the floor.

If you had bothered to use the SEARCH button, you would have found that this question has been asked many, many times and answered almost as many. In fact, if you had used the SEARCH button, you would have got the answer to your question in less time than it took you to actually post it. In case you were wondering, the SEARCH button is on the 3rd row down from the top of the page, and is the 3rd tab from the left, the word SEARCH should give you some sort of clue as to it's function:D

You could ask BGB and FluffySlipper's on the 1st  :D :D :D

Right, not a ****-take this time, more a bit of a bollocking!

The reason you're getting such helpful replies is that this question has been asked and answered so many times that people get a bit sick of it.

In other words "What tyres can I put on my Disco?" is a banned question.

You joined the site almost two years ago and with 67 posts I would have thought you'd have got the hang of it by now.

I'll try to make it a bit easier for you, look at the stickies at the top of the Discovery board, the third one down, posted by Redhand is titled "What tyres can I put on my Disco?". There might be just a little clue there.

Sorry to spoil your fun guys, but I'm sure that won't stop you calling a wazzock a wazzock, carry on doin' what you're doin'.
