I just had a word with Max my mechanic and he agrees with you, have to take it for an mot on sat, so he will have a look at it then, thanks guys, but I will let you know what it is either way on sat or Sunday, thanks all

Its sorted just picked it up, drove it back and its 100% now reading from the diagnostic tag he gave me it reads as follows "Boost pressure censor (Fault code stored when pressure range exceeded due to open or short circuit in wires or sensor)
he just bought the part and fitted it cost £40 but thats cheap for a RR and diagnostic, and to fix it ( labour ) so not to bad at all, if I knew what it was and did it myself would have cost about the same I guess, thanks for the help coming around and doing a diagnostic, and everyone's advice

So Brian's post #11 was the answer staring us right in the face all along! Sensor was duff hence daft reading!

Live and learn. Will have to watch for that one when my time comes. Thanks for sharing.

I think he just cleaned it out myself... and changed the tube? its still doing it very slightly, so after some research I found a new part for £22, so I will fit that and make sure 100% then, if its ok if its not then look again to see if the problem can be sorted, I just want to be 100% its that part or not, I have a lot of other things to sort out anyway so £22 isn't going to make a lot of odds to the wallet, brake pipe need replacing (just a short section) but I can make that up myself, and the 2 front links, and the hand brake is leaking so the drums will be contaminated, and the front pads changing, lucky summer is coming (I hope) so I can get out to do that lot, a good m8 duz my MOT for me, and just advises me what I need toy do even before it needs sorting so I get a heads up

I still think your judder is more about pump top being out. Should be no judder even if you disconnect MAP sensor. No power yes judder no.

I got the part today, fitted it, and its working 100% now, good acceleration, even on cold, no on off fueling anymore, put my foot down and it goes , and keeps going, at least it was an inexpensive fix, it would be interesting though to put it on the diagnostics test to see if the same readout come up or not? thanks again everyone for putting the time in to help me out yet again
