Just had one of these systems fitted. (Didn't have the time / weather / inclination to have a face full of ****e to do it myself). Local Indie did it for me. 2 hours worth which I thought was OK as it included in cutting 'cutouts' in the rear bumper (£88 altogether). The sound is superb. Even the other half remarked on how good it sounded. Good job she doesn't know what it cost though........
The Indie remarked on how easy it all went together and how well it was all made. Highly recommended. Pictures are in my album if anyone wants to take a look. (Can't post them in the thread due to restrictions on internet useage at work here). (How come you can download pictures to your album from your computer but not to a thread I wonder?)

Had one of these on a previous car that I thought that I was going to keep forever. The exhaust was superb but was fitted with a couple of mild steel brackets (bigger bore pipe etc. meant he couldn't use the existing mounting points or method). What a surprise, one bracket lasted about nine months. I had an 'interesting' discussion with the guy who fitted it over whether the bracketry should be included in the lifetime guarantee. Unless it states it in your paperwork just have a quick nose or ask whilst everything is fresh in everyboby's memory.

Not at all. £429 + £20 postage for the exhaust and £88 for the fitting. Exhaust was bought from Ebay from Road Runner Motorsport Nottingham t/a Junction 26M1 on Ebay. Very good, quick service I have to say. More or less next day delivery. So, no complaints so far. However, I haven't yet been on the motorway with it although it was fine at 60-70 bringing it back from the garage. It's no where near TVR loud. Just a nice burble you can hear with the windows down. With them up, it's slightly noisier but you quickly get used to it as background noise and don't notice it anymore. Very pleased on the whole. And the pipes out the back look the business, especially as they're cut in to the bumper so they donm't look like add-ons.

I agree it's a good system. My Janspeed has been on about a year now.
It once set off the alarm of a Jag I was parked next to in a multi story carpark when I fired it up. Gave me a little chuckle.
Enjoy the music while you can.

LW....

I've had a Quicksilver SS system put on mine- also very happy, sounds like a proper muscle car V8 burble now- glad I bought a petrol L322 just for that! Although it did cost considerably more than the Janspeed (dunno if they do them for the L322?), it was a bit of an impulse purchase! Apparently gives an additional 17bhp as well, though I haven't and won't dyno it myself.
