They have a ' max orders for the day' thing going on at the mo.
If that max has been reached you can't order nowt and have to try again tomorrow , bit like trying to get a doctor's appointment round here.

Paddocks have a very strange set up in operation at the moment so I couldn't use them.

Called this morning and the call was not answered
I sent another e-mail asking to process the order or refund the money so I can order from another company, getting a bit fed up of them now.
Next step will be to contact Master card and report it and ask them to refund the money.

Interesting, it's hard to find a really reliable supplier with good prices.
I used LR Direct a few times now and they have been pretty quick, the also have a good range of parts, at different prices, but their site is not the best for locating what you need.
I discovered the britpart XD parts, which are original part quality, and reasonably priced, I will be using them more in the future.
 
I've just ordered my two front sensors from island as they are now sending to Europe.. Yey! I've had no problem from them.... Fook.. Said it now:rolleyes:
 
Latest episode
Tried to call them a couple of times again today phone rings until it cuts off but no reply.
So mailed them and pointed out the facts, and requested a reply, but also pointed out that if they continue to ignore me then I will contact the card company and tell them that they are either refusing to supply me or have ceased to trade, and request a refund.
