Is this right?

Had a new pair of Heavy Duty turrets arrive today in shiny yellow. I have some concerns over the welding on these and i have attached photos for your opinions, should i send em back or do you reccon their OK?? Im no welder but looks like i could have done a better job........Cheers.

The Terrafirma ones look not too bad and ah think they're reasonably priced.... never tried thum mesel' yet

Thing is i try to avoid Britpart like the plague but there products still find there way through the post somehow. These are not labeled/ stamped or were in anyway advertised as Britpart when i bought em......but you never know, may be some are selling these with all Britpart labels missing just to get rid of em.....anyways thanks for the replys.......There goin back, I'll take a look at the terrafirmas. Ah reckon it might've been the same bloke that did the welding on me mates steering wheel boss a whiles back....

Nearly forgot... the number for the terrafirma ones is TF504 (standard) or TF503 (-2" lowered)

how can suppliers send out such ****e. The turrets were not boxed up in original manufacturers packaging but obviously packed from the shop in a tattered brown box and bubble wrap, sooooo.... the shop MUST have seen the state of these before sending them out to me.....and a so called specialist as well.....dear oh dear.

did you buy a box of 100 or summit?

The thinking was Heavy Duty, Looks the Bollox with my yellow springs and terrafirma shocks...job done once and no long term rust worries, expensive but worth the extra......idea went tits up when i opened the box.

New to this forum, coded welder by trade and i think any mods i make to my 90 i will fabricate myself if this **** is anything to go by?
