Ive used them sealey things at work. Do seem a little lightweight but we hadnt broken em or over loaded em. Don think we took em anywhere near the limits though. And the readings seemed kosher. And they are cheaper thant all our certifed ones.

dont worry about exact torque its not vital ,just use a 2ft breaker bar with pipe extentsion if you need to ,very tight is ok

the biscuit method also works as above but place biscuit in mouth when you bite threw biscuit it's tight
