You'd need to fit a post to the floor, seat base or something to the roof to act as one of the points like in a D2 or D3

or get a seat from a convertable seat belt and strenght in seat alls you need is floor points

All the other cars I drive have the seat belt reel mounted above the head lining. D1s don't have the facility for that and any DIY installation wouldn't be approved.
You could change the existing belt for a four point static compertition belt maybe.
