is it possible to get some replacment panels as mine are half gone, rust has ate it away, so making one with be to hard as no template, also all the holes and nuts are on there for rear seats please help what do i do also floor should be welded to them :(

Hello

Afraid not, you have to make your own.

Just make the best cardboard template you can, transfer it to your metal sheet, check the shape with some measurements from the car and away you go. The important measurement is the distance from the box section at the top to the floor level. You can easily attach it to the arch, just cut round and weld together. Regards the seats, mark up your templates first and then reuse them once the quarters are in.

Just do it stage by stage mate :)

the only bit i cant get my head around is that its not straight bit of metal its bumpy and gos in and out in and out how would u make that to same specs, im worried about that as if cant do it write ill have to scrap the back seats

Yah it was a pita for me.

I cut and joined half way.

Had to weld the flats I could manage, then hammer the other parts of the corrugation to, and then weld them also.

Failing that:

ditch the seats and go laning, UTILITY!!!

im gona ditch the two back seats, ill keep the standard 5, with that checker plate did you get a new floor then put that in over top or is that replacing the floor now as i was think of going that route, but never new if you ditch the floor and use checker plate or put new floor then that over top

**** off the steel floor, prep your adjacent panels to give a good sound lip all around, then seal round, plonk floor in and screw or rivet down.

One of my best mods, well happy with it!

struggling to find sheet mild steel and checker plate from anyone were do you go for that sorta stuff, weve got alot of metal workers etc. but no shop that i no of to buy metal sheets

For the inner quarter panel get ya self down a scrap yard and get them to cut one out of an scrap disco. Take it home superimpose over yours and cut to suit.. Then weld into place Jobs a good un?? :D

Place some draft excluder material underneath and screw it down. Worked for me.

Am I a pikey....

Doesnt rattle more than anything else in the car mate, it's firmly fixed but has the heavy spare wheel on it all the time, maybe it would rattle if it was unloaded.

Cheers
