inner door weather cover???

hi guys got to replace my passenger side front window regulator, now i had the door card off last weekend to see if the regulator was to blame(of course it was!!!) and the foam type material that is stuck to the door is desperately in need of replacing, someone must of been in there in the past and now wonder its that little bit cooler and noisey when in the passenger side! does anyone know a good replacement or the orginal foam and a rough idea where to get some from, Thanks guys.

just get yourself some 'closed cell' foam and some spray glue / double sided carpet tape / double sided foam pads etc.

The important part is the 'closed cell' it doesn't absorb water.
