the one i worked for thort it good business practice to employ young kids... treat em like they shud know the job inside n out then give em right round of ****s and embarass em in front of others when they couldnt do or didnt know how to do the job... kept me gob shut for a couple of weeks untill i couldnt keep it shut any longer... i surprised him when i let rip and he tried the same with me but i shut him down in seconds... hate the man... he's a bully... saw him fall out with one of the old guys (pushing 60) threatened to take him off site and punch his head in... he didnt seem to take much holding back by me not to go.. this is the same man who told me 'pajero' means jeep in japanese and pajero's are made in ireland and that the canary wharf is 400ft highworked with a chippy that was 1 one word sums him up TW@T!
