Me cement render it a bit fick in certain places. Eye was hoping eye can somehow sand it back, then put some more on to level it flat. But without chipping it all oft back to brick and starting again. Not sure if there's a sanding disk fing to do this wivva angle grinder.

Main difference in trailers are where are the wheels?
Ifor williams normally unde the trailer
Car trailer / Bateson have the wheels on the outside so trailer sits lower to the floor.

brian James used to get to 80moh loaded and still be steady
I appreciate all input on this so ta mate!
I agree about the wheel position and I also sort of want it to be a bit multi use so would quite like one with sides I could use for other stuff.
BUT what is important to us is to be able to get the doors open when it's on the trailer to make it easier to stuff it with stuff. Altho obvs I could just fill it up and winch it on, if I bought one with a winch! However i have all sorts of stuff that could act as a winch if necessary.
width overall matters as the gap between the gate pillars at our other place isn't too wide.
As for height, to a certain extent the higher the better as driving on and off a ferry a low trailer may catch. Which is why i am avoiding beavertails.
I am not needing to tow fast, those days are over thank the lord, but obvs the steadier it is the better. After towing my box trailer this one will will be much easier and more economical!
As with everything it'll end up being a compromise, but at least I'll have something I could use to go and pick up yet more toys especially as I am thinking of doing this in France. ;):)

..that you could not make it up. :(
All that work I put in to revamping #2 son's house and then the garden and he announces today that the 3year marriage isn't working and they are divorcing.:oops:
This is the 2nd time he has been royally phucked over and taken to the cleaners. He is a lovely, gentle kindly man without a nasty bone in his body and he gets the $hitty end of the stick every time. :(:(
Moreover, I find that I am now £20k down on "family loans" that are never, ever going to get repaid.:mad:
Sorry to hear this Dan, that is truly a sh!t situation. It is one of the reasons I have said I will only help financially with a written agreement. That way the 'other' party still pays their half of the money back and I can choose to not retrieve it from my offspring.
Three years is a very short time to give the marriage a go, it does seem to be the way these days though. Two thirds of their relationship have been through a pandemic, perhaps that is a major factor :(

Thanks for this DD, i'll have a good look!
:):):)
Just checked, sadly they don't do car transporters, instead they are agents for Brian James.

Ah well, I tried. :)
It is rather good that they make them on site in Wales though! Good to support the Welsh economy. I would have bought one if I had known about them. They did not show up when I was looking for a trailer last year :(

The cunt has emailed me. "Not in stock, will have one Friday and it's £3200" So it's gone up £200.
Don't like this.:mad::mad::mad:
There is another bloke flogging them at that price too. So I've told the fecker to tell me all the details of this one as there are others at exactly the same price so it'll be down to the level of kit that comes with it.
Now you know why I hardly ever buy anything off fecking ebay.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Why advertise stuff if you dodnt have it unless hes hoping to get orders to make them. ??
My mate showed me one the other day on marketplace, Brian James tri axle for 2k it was gone
with in a hour.
