. If I had a Tratter I'd have fixed a towball on the front bumper, or near it to help manoeuvring our trailer.

I had with the workshop manager - people do not like being told the truth. If you think about it, there is no way he would send someone out 'in a hurry' as he would be loosing face.

Not really, it's a modern one, one which would have been described by my mother as ' all fur and no knickers'.
The twin movers are designed to cope with that kind of load - except, it seems, mine.
