Buildering stuff issa bit of a problem at the moment. Supply chain problems. Code fer walrus has eatid all of it.

Apart from those two people you were correcting last night..... I think you squashed their tin hats :)
But we all finished friends albeit with different opinions - preaching in an attempt to convert never did appeal to me, might be something to do with my convent school indoctrination that has left an indelible mark on me.:)

...Success! :D
I went round to my man at Interior Decor and he said "bring me the tin, and I will make a call and get the formula for the colour-mix".
I did, he did, and now I have 5L of it to splash it on all over like 'enery Cooper with Brut. :)
I also got her a new yard broom, because she has been moaning about her old one. :D
Great result!
5 litres? should be enough.;)

Well went and did my mechanicking lesson today. Discovered neighbours Peugeot has exactly the same engine as Wifeys Citroen C3 Pluriel.
So was able to put his new airfilter cover on and then get down to his spark plugs and take them out. the gap had gone from .9 mm to about 1.2 mm.
so showed him how to regap them. and get them back in safely.
Showed him how to use both types of torque wrench and gave him a bit of a chat about the differences between old skool, carb and dizzy engines and new ones wiv pooters.
So he's a happy chap.
Discovered the rubber bit wot sits in the spark plug socket I lent him is now under all the covers etc left on the last plug he did. I did the first two to show him, he did the last two.
Didn't have the heart to make him get the covers and coil pack off again just to retrieve it. Di d warn him it may give off a smell of burnt rubber/plastic, in which case he now knows how to get to it!
Why can't tool bods make spark plug sockets with rubbers that actually stay in the socket?
:(:(:(
Anyway he is very happy.:):)
Wifey has ordered labels to send off a parcel to France. Right rigmarole. and now she's paid for it, the company is still thinking about the labels and has yet to email it to us so we can put it on the parcel for collection tomoz.
What a faff!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Still feeling ruff, and short off breath but better than before.:)
Have a nice day folks!:):):)

I’ve had to borrow 4 bags off a rendering job I’ve put off because of the frost risk :D.
