My plan is to have all money in hopefully by end of week and also some firm plan for buying and delivering tents.

I take on board tazz and his youth groups tent experience and think we need to decide on a model of tent and then haggle,blag,beg,plead or any other method to get best value.

Also It would be handy if pontyslapper can give me groups address as vendor sure to want to deliver direct or check.

the cub scouts number 20 so 10 two man tents which pontyslapper and Tazz who runs a youth group agree are suitable.

I have made point of being transparent publicly of whose money I have and also amount we will have when all is collected- so best deal on suitable tents is plan and hope to have money collected by Friday.

Currently decision on tent is nylon or canvas tents and realistically we are looking at £30-£50 tents and blagging best deal
