certainly not bad value at $9k for the full kit

Just what I was thinking. Could be some good business for the UK here. Buy in a load of kits, get a few older Jeeps or modify a Land Rover chassis, secure a good supply of tdi engines, whack on some Land Rover stickers, head lights and grill. Sorted... Then, once Land Rover destroy the Defender, everyone will come and buy IMPOSTERS :D

actually... Imposter would be a good name. why base it on a Jeep - if it would fit a disco chassis - quids in :D

Want to go into business? I'm sure it could be very easily made to fit a Land Rover chassis. Even better a galvanised Marslands / Richards chassis. Just a few braces / supports and you're laughing. Or, if you just want a new body on your old chassis, it could be made to fit. I'd be well up for it :)

yeah - but where - we aint exactly local . yu got the money?

pst = i gorra spare disco chassis :D

I dunno but it'd be more economical to meet in the middle and live in caravans :D I have bugger all money, I've just finished uni and I'm yet to get into the world of full time work. This is my kinda thing though.
