Paddocks, steel wheels, £25 each new ... I use 8j x 15 wheels for my 31 x 10.5 BFG AT's ... 
Wheel is, I think, offset slightly as I didn't need to change lockstops and it appears to have a tighter turning circle than when I used 7j wheels. Which is nice ..
