I am in the middle of getting some premises which I will be converting half with racking/shelving the other half with a 4 post lift.

I intent on Breaking Land Rovers/ Range Rovers/ Freelanders then more often than not sell my parts on The Bay of Fleas.... but if anyone from this Club needs anything I have to sell I will do it far cheaper. .

I have not been on here too long but have spent time looking through several of the threads/posts. I am a Moderator myself on another Forum for Vauxhalls which like this helps more than a 1000 Book of Lies Manuals could. So that is about it really, just keeping my fingers crossed everything goes to plan.

If this has offended anyone or should not have been post here I apologise.

Thanks
Daz:)

Of course its spam - I beleive the best way is it stick a post in spamming bastards section, on the for sale section and then answer posts.

if he sees a post from someone wanting a bit, it would not be unreasonable to say that he had the requisite part - that is different.

This isn't spam. I am sure many gaylander owners would be very intersted in knowing where to get bits to replace the one that have fallen off theirs.:D
The problem with gaylanders is they all suffer with the same problems so the likely hood of you getting one to brake that hasn't got got all the normal problems is unlikely :D

Sorry if I have ****ed any of you off but that really wasn't my intention...

Just that I have myself got a Disco & Rangie and thought I maybe able to help some of you with my new venture...

Oh well.x

Cant see the problem myself, if its another resource for cheap landy parts then bring it on.
If he was posting some crap non landy related stuff then yes deffo spam.

You'd soon know if you did that.

Always nice to know of another source for second hand parts.

Just please don't break any good ones.

I like to try and keep my one reasonable and replace any broken bits of trim but my nearest landrover breaker is 50 miles away in cambridgeshire.

Found a guy breaking one on eBay and went to get the caliper and it was such a shame to see it broken. Was what I had been looking for when I got mine, an ES, auto with beige leather and heated seats. Looks much tidied than mine and would only have needed a new boot floor.

The guy did not know what they were worth and would have sold it on if he knew. He paid a couple of hundred for it and would have got £1500 once the floor was replaced, which he could easily have done.

What vauxhall forums do you frequent? I still have my mk3 Astra cabriolet project and used to use MIGWEB and the MK3OC
