I cant remember!!

I cant remember what way the sensor on the injector (plug) goes in!! dumb or what!! i think the small lug is at the opposite way to the mettle clip that holds it in but im not sure, anyone have any tips as to get the ruddy thing back in? i have been struggling with it now for half an hour, and im losing my rag

Also the rave is either out of date or wrong, the injector shows a small copper washer, (that you discard and replace) well on mine (Diesel) the washer is built in to the injectors
