I have a very tight fill plug of transfer box of 2004 D2 td5. Since it is small room and the handbrake cable is in the way, it is hard to get swivel wrench, T-bar wrench and UJ wobble socket to do this job. Can anyone recommend a tool? Is it possible to loose handbrake cable for more space. Thanks!

I normally leave the handbrake off, this allows me to push the cable out of the way of the filler plug and I use a 1/2 inch ratchet on the plug it self. It's a little tight for space but very do-able.
