leave my (would you believe LR call it a spoiler) alone...

but yeah would need to do some cutting to use a high lift at the front... not sure if I would need to spend money on stuff though.. anyone else kept the stock front end on an ES any ideas?

or did you all go for skinny bumpers?

It depends how you want your car to look, Ask Boomer or Dorset I have only done it to a 200tdi. I fitted a steering guard with jacking points fitted to it.

They may be able to offer you a more discreet way of doing it

that was my plan - with a couple of ports cut in the front to put the jack through

in terms of how I want it to look the answer is as stock as possible.. this car's main use is for work and I don't want to turn up on a client site looking too off roady.. but I would like to give the car as many advantages on lanes as possible.. is there any alternative to a high lift for the jobs it does? - my main reason for buying BTW is to use as a winch... but there's no point having a jack with you that you can't use if you need to...

Ya might have to fight Mrs B if it is..

i wont fight.. if she has dibs on it she can have it.. but I would still like to match it up and see what I would need to do to the valence to fit one...

also have a thought about using steering guard type affairs to protect my lpg tanks so would be good to get site of one in the flesh and off a vehicle to see what would be involved...

yeah but putting winch bumper on (much as I would liketo) wont make it look stock :)

unless I cover it all in plastic molding when I aint using it.. but that sounds like a lot of effort.....
