How to fit a front wash/wipe pump

Hi
I have purchased a new pump for my Disco 1 but am not sure how to remove the wash tank to get to the old pump. Undone the two mounting bolts but the tank wont budge. Can any one help
Many thanks
 
2 under wheel arch, if it was like mine, ceased solid. cut em off and fill holes, just use two on bulkhead.
