I went to look at a Freelander today and it had 4 different makes and tread depth tyres on it. I didn't like it so didn't even make an offer but did mention to the guy it would be an issue.
He didn't seem too bothered as it was for sale anyway.
Some poor punter will buy it and wonder why his/her transmission has shat itself.

You have to get a vehicle you're happy with Ali, and you definitely don't want to buying a future failure.
