Sounds like you got a cracking motor Saint, I do like the 7s.
She gorgeous and stonkingly quick......When we decided once the Defender 110 of the girlfriends was sold - what to replace it with, I was between a Range Rover and a 7'er....she said get the 7'er, in the long run it will be more reliable and less to go wrong than the Range Rover she said......we still have the other 110, so not totally devoid of the Green Oval....and it is nice to have a quiet, quick and comfortable car to sit alongside the 110 for those 'longer journeys'.

Is this the advert @Nodge68 ??????????
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2008-LAND...776554?hash=item3f7ef2bb6a:g:BJAAAOSwjk9ZPYS1

I am biting my tongue because if you think this ad is for real you ought to seriously have your head examined:( Sorry, I'm berating you but it's out of sincere concern.
ZERO feedback score
Description pasted from a build sheet

I've been perusing RR on ebay for the past year, these ads are very familiar to me now and I just ignore them because of the price and familiar dodginess.
That's the one.
I know that houses in that area are very expensive, so they could be clueless of the value. However the new EBay membership and zero feedback is a possible clue. I've had no response from messages either.
The build sheet description is an odd one too? I suspect it's a scammer trying some game.

That ad does look extremely dodgy, doesnt say anything about the car, problems, dinks etc. I'd steer well clear, plus zero feedback too. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Not wishing to hijack the thread but as there is so much mention of ebay here, is it just me or has the site become glacial of late? It seems to take forever for the cookies to load on each page before I can scroll o_O I end up losing the will to live.
nb: my internet speed is perfectly adequate (17+ download / 23+ ping) & no problem with other sites.

No issues here and we have arthritic, elderly, snails in the wheels, as the hamsters refused to go as slowly as dictated.

Could be your history catching up with you

lol.....yep....This is my 6th or 7th 7'er.....my 4th E38.....and I just love them to death!

Anywho....back to topic!
I've never had an E38 but did have an E23 , 732i, in a very dark green, with all sorts of chrome. Kind of stood out in the crowd, yet my father drove past it , without seeing it, from a distance of approx 6'. We named her 'Christine' on account she kept trying to kill me. Never had a beemer since, although close to it with the L322.

Does she come roon te yoors wi individual fruit trifles?

She's an absolute star, I've yet to witness a funnier Scottish comedienne.

Purple crayons for sex education, My heart was like thaaat!!!, Get me an oyster, I smell sh!te, funniest times for me.:p
