when i had me old series 2a i made a snorkel out of a length of exhaust pipe nicked from the skip of MICRON exhausts. they used to throw away tons of manafactoring scrap and if you looked hard enough you could get every angle bend you could want as well as upto three foot lengths of straight pipe ! a bit of 'modding' to the body and intake pipe and i had a brill snorkel and raised exhaust and it worked brilliantly. that had a perkins 4203 in it, slow as a snail but could pull owt

right off to local scrappy 2moro
