HI

been a long time lurker on landy forums but only just started to post on some of them,

I am Charlie, i live in staffs, i work outdoors in conservation and forestry, and I drive a 130twin cab 300tdi with a hard back on it (dont know who i upset in a previous life to deserve this :D),

Im just in the process of sorting my truck out having owned it for 2years, hopefully its getting a bankholiday steam clean, service, waxoyl, winch bumper and winch fitting if it get time, bush wires, and steering guards, snorkel is coming later, as are better tyres as i currently have naff BFG 265/75r16s AT's which are great if your on solid ground but wet grass is a non starter  cant belive how highly people rate them  looking at a set of insa turbos for winter use,

no doubt as i get into the project i will have loads of questions, but here is the basic spec im working to

Husky superwinch 8
Galv HD winch bumper with recovery points
Stainless steel quick atttaching bush wires fastened to wing tops with reinforcing,
Black anodised cheqer plate wing tops 3mm
black anodised steering guard
Mantec 3 part plastic snorkel (limited chouse of snorkels as my roof rack has the extra supports to the base of the windscreen)
Insa turbo special track tyres of winter use

already have a Galv brownchurch roof rack, and a truckman hard backo on it which is great as i can use the back as a lunch room for work, seats 4 and is great in winter, as you can get out the wind rain, and it has a set of BFG AT's which are a bit naff for what i do work wise, and towing a trailer in winter is a non starter with it  so looking for something that will cut in a bit better

would be interested to here from people using any of the bits im planning to use for feedback

Cheers

Charlie
