sorry to say another newbie starting off with questions lol. i recently brought myself a 96 4.0se with no service history. everything was fine until last week she started over heating, but only when i was driving very strange. Took the old girl to a local garage and was advised the viscous hub needed replacing. so the garage have replaced the hub and the water system has been flushed. the garage has told me that the temp gauge must be broken or the switch is the wrong one as the gauge is still registering as over heating. the mechanic said it goes just into the red and does not move. has anyone else had this prob any suggestions info would be appreciated thanks in advance martin
