Hey Landyzone, a competition to win our house

We have been struggling to sell our house and have decided to run a competition to allow someone to win it.

We would love it if you could help out by taking a look at the site and maybe sharing it. We allow free entry as well as paid entry.

Lots of room for defenders on the driveway!!

I just have one house, but its as big as two! Its actually the first two parts that are rendered with a cream finish - it was a 7 bedroom, with 6 ensuites and no family bathroom, now 6 bedrooms with a big family bathroom and a few less ensuites, we had fun knocking those out

I tried to buy 5 tickets Mate but then was diverted to PayPal Hong Kong. Any ideas? I didn't trust the site so declined.

Hi coffeelandy,

Im not sure to be honest, it could be a volume issue, everything exploded with over £100,000 arriving within around 6 hours so I have heard of a few reports of malfunctions, thats a lot of £2 transactions!

Please keep me posted if you try again

I'm keen to see how it goes. My in laws are in a similar position with beautiful and very large property that just won't shift. They just might follow your lead. Good luck. I'll try again.

OK it works now. Do you have to give the money back if you don't reach your target figure?

Hi Coffee, if we dont hit the target of 500,000 sold entries then we can do a cash pot option, so far though we have managed to sell over 80,000 entries in around 4 days, so fingers crossed!

If this does work maybe we could help your in laws too

It's a very interesting option. My friend is a tax specialist and she thinks you could be exempt from stamp duty since it's a prise. Also capital gains exempt too, technically!
