Screwfix sell some decent trunking and ends that I used to link the seat box to just infront of the rear bulkhead and mounted my inverter on the bulkhead. all the wiring is safe in trunking and nice and neat
 
Sible sorry to hear you rolled your 90. Let me know what your doing with the old Truck cab I may have a use for it. I can suggest a place to get a roof but its probably the best part of £200 or a bit less if you get the Hard Top.
 
Hope you all had a good Christmas. Back to N.Wales this evening, laning tomorrow!!

Nearly got stuck the other day, was up in the middle of nowhere going across Worlds End somewhere out the back of Minera/Brymbo, going down a steep and icy single track road. Some nutter had tried to go down there in a Vauxhall Insignia and abandoned it across the road so had to reverse out.

The V8 was getting warm and fans kicked in. We stopped to let the dog out and the fans killed the battery!! Ended up taking 4 plugs out so I could turn it over, was a long shot but it worked. Ran it up on the remaining 4 to put charge in the battery, put all back together and we went on our way. Was fun though.

Anyway, we doing pub meet next week?

I'm on the look out for a defender drivers side dash inc a speedo. Dash must have all the tags in place so I can bolt my dash down once and for all when i've fitted my water level sensor wiring from a disco.
 
hey can you believe that my local asian corner shop does not stock any relays with a mounting tag. Furthur Halfrauds stocks no relays except flasher type. i did buy some 90% brighter same wattage bulbs from Halfrauds tho. As soon as my new headlight switch comes i will fit them. i have a decent metal cased 30a clntinious use relay will us that for my lecky fan thats all in and working now but not got the engine hot enough to test the thermostat switch as yet. Split sharge requires routing and connecting as does amp wires. Rear body'bolted down fully and noise levels seemed to have dropped. Rigged up a Db meter and will bolt down panels and insulate over the next few weeks to get maximum effect on Db meter and ears.

Never though of looking online I did get your bulbs as they are buy one get one free that were suggested in another thread. Dunstable seems to be full of bikes and boy racer mods and very little else I asked 2 attendants and they both said they didn't have any. will fit my metal cased one for my fan in any case and will replace with another at a later date
