I don't know what's wrong with it but the guy was going on about some ****, so I said just get it sorted basically, I may have used a more stern and profane explanation but I think he got the point.

Shogun.... is on ebay.... Disco is coming...however a stout line and a strong winch may (or may not) be helpful!

Don't think you can Beat Mitchelins for road/mud mabe BF muds but they don't do the size. For offroad fedima are very good but have a very good price. I may have found some inbetween still not 100 percent I'll get them have to have a look see first. Jai

My Disco is dead.:frown:
I had some overheating issues, so after replacing the rad, the water pump, the thermostat and s few hoses i resorted to a head gasket swap to try and resolve it.
I had the head skimmed and used genuine LR gaskets to do the job. When trying to start it,there was no compression. It appeared that the locating peg thingy that the engineering shop gave me to replace a rotten one was too long.
After putting it off for a few weeks, I finally got round to taking the head back off and replacing with a correct locating peg thang...... Put it all together and.... same sh*t, no compression... Head warped??
Anyone got a 300tdi head ready to bolt on going cheeeep? I've spent too much time and money on the beast to give up now.

I may not be out monday, Having road tax issues, no insurance cover note yet, and the tax ran out today, Bugger!
As for the 8th, If there are a few of us up in the huntingdon/peterborough area, Us lot could start up this way and do the reverse of the route and meet the rest of the gang half way for a chat etc. as there seemed to be alot of us out and to keep the group numbers down if you get what i mean.......
