Actually I gotta be at junction 18, M4 at 10.30 sorry my blunder (poxy Ebay all for a ten pound dog guard)! I will get my tyre sorted afterwards Sorry Jai

Oil and grease under me finger nails again:rolleyes: Have started surgery on the Rangie, plenum and ram housing removed, cooling system drained ready for action tomorrow. Heads off then start grinding valves:yawn: Hopefully I won't find any nasties but should be back in action in a couple of days, weather permitting.

yea was chuffed to bits. the actual quote was for 33 i think for all 3. but then after a while - and alot of chatting and a cup of tea later when it was done they were just like call it 20 cash to shove in the tin for the boys

sorted!

Hey Kev, sounds like you are making progress! May pop across tomorrow for a while if thats OK... get an insight into the inside if you know what I mean!

Spyderman... count me in for monday, is Jai coming?

got a few things to do but hope to be going down there about half ten mate ? yeh they were a bit stumped when i told them mine were 235/85/16 !!

I turned up to have my tracking done, they'd never seen 255/100R16 before. The kit wouldn't fit on the tyres, had to go home and put smaller ones on and go back.:D

update on mine, got the head rebuilt with all new parts and ready to go back on, stuck on a seized bolt on the water pump at the mo gota go buy a blow torch tomorow and try heating it, hopefully wont give me much more trouble and will have it running tomorow depending on weather, hopefully will be out next week.

Nice one Jamie, Hope it all goes well! I had a broken bolt in my old Na and it was a bastid! It wouldn't budge with heat or anything drilled it out and used a easy out and that broke off in it at this point iwas not happy! 12 drills later I drilled the easy out out and carefully drilled out the old bolt and re tapped the thread. wasn't the best few days i can tell ya. Jai

on a slightly more superficial level - rear numberplate light thing is nicely buggered so thats the job for tomorrow if i dont head off to wales. and got some stunning stratches along the side from todays little escapade
