It depends on the year. If it's a pre-facelift then the rear wiper/ washer switches are to the right of the temperature gauge. If it's a facelift, then the rear wiper switches are on the centre of the upper dash, to the right of the hazard light switch.

All contained in your owner handbook, but if you don't have one might be worth downloading a copy of RAVE as that has the handbook within it, I have this one think its for a 01 onwards
