Help with Tyre Sizes

Hi Guys

I need to replace the tyres on my disco TD5 (series 2) (standard size) as they are worn out. My question is someone has offered me their complete set of standard tyres (almost never used) from their old Freelander TD4 (Y Reg)- would they fit my disco ?

If not does anyone know where the best place to buy tyres from and also what to recomend for general use. I would like hard wearing ?

get some decent a/t tyres, have a search on here loads of recomendations.
don't think the freelander tyres will fit what with em being smaller
