hi all can anyone tell me how to remove the door card so I can investigate why my electric rear window no longer works. I can hear the motor going when I push the button and I can sldie the glass up and down manually, soo I think the glass has become separated from its holder... Is this common.
But I failed at the firat hurdle of getting at the innards. is there a easy way of removing the door card?

Thanks

I do not know if you could get just that obviously there has been some strain on it to break it might be better to get the whole thing

I think you would be better to just get a new regulator. Take a look on ebay and you'll find there are hundreds for sale as it is a depressingly common issue.
If you don't mind a bit of extra work buy one without a motor.
It's possible a rewire kit might include the parts you need but you'd need to check.
